The Persona 4 remake is real, and you can see it in action right now

Persona 4 Revival has just been announced at the Xbox showcase, ing Persona 3 Reload as Atlus brings back its landmark JRPG series.

After a whole lot of rumors, Persona 4 Revival is real. The Atlus JRPG is back in a big way, ing Persona 3 Reload as a ground-up remake of one of the best role-playing games of all time. You'll also be incredibly glad to hear that the team has an update on the rest of the Persona series, too.

We don't know much about JRPG is coming back at some point soon, as a quick showing during Xbox's summer stream gave us our first ever look at gameplay. You can see it for yourself below.

Persona 4 Revival has been officially announced at the Xbox showcase, and it's coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud, and Xbox Game .

P-Studio director Kazuhisa Wada also shared a message regarding the Persona series after the show, which you can read below:

"We are very pleased to announce the release of Persona 4 Revival. We look forward to sharing even more information in due time. Persona 4 has spawned numerous spin-off works, including TV anime, Persona 4 Arena, Persona 4 Arena Ultimate, and Persona 4 Dancing All Night, and is a special title that has been a part of Atlus for many years and holds a personal place in my heart. We are currently working on this project with all our ion and love. We are confident that this will be a fresh and surprising product for both newcomers and long-time fans and we look forward to sharing it with you all.

"Additionally, we are actively preparing for the future development of the Persona series as a studio. We are working hard to meet the expectations of fans around the world and our work is progressing well. Please stay tuned for more updates."
